These classes count toward 3 hours of General Credit toward license renewal.  They are taught only at the local Association offices: PAR, SEVRAR and WeMAR.

The CMA class covers the creation of Full, Quick and Statistical Comparable Market Analyses (CMA). It also covers the different locations where they can be created and uses for each, as well as tips and tricks to make your life easier. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and previous attendance of a flexmls Search class.

The Contacts class includes all the components of the Contact Management module including adding, editing and deleting contacts, attaching searches to contacts, scheduling Auto‐emails and setting up Client Portals. Additional topics may include printing mailing lists, importing and exporting contacts and managing your messaging center. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and previous attendance of a flexmls Search class.

The Listings class covers how to add listings in flexmls including adding Photos, Virtual Tours and video links, documents and editing existing listings. It also covers everything a Subscriber needs to know about how to post and maintain listings properly in the flexmls system. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of standard MLS Profile (input) sheets.

This two hour class focuses on all areas of flexmls mapping: map searches, address location, mapping search results and routing. The Mapping class covers all of the available tools in the Mapping Section as well as many tips and tricks. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and previous attendance of a flexmls Search and Search Results class.

Designed to be the starting point for all Subscribers, this class covers basic information on ARMLS websites, as well as training and support options. It also covers different options for running searches in the flexmls system – Address Searches, MLS # Searches, Map Searches, Quick and Full Searches and methods for creating custom Saved Searches. The class also covers editing Saved Searches, and creating Quick Search templates. This is the foundation for all ARMLS flexmls training classes. Prerequisites: Attendees MUST have a working User ID and password for class.

The Search Results class includes all areas of the Search Results screens – Views, Sorting Options, Listing Carts, Photos, History, and the Exporting and Routing of the results. It also covers the emailing and printing features of flexmls. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and previous attendance of an Orientation and Searches class.

In this class Subscribers will learn how to log in and integrate flexmls property data with Cloud CMA, customize the CMA, property and Buyer reports.  Subscribers will also learn how to use Cloud CMA to generate Buyer tours, automatically create QR codes and reports via email.

During this two hour hands-on class, Subscribers will learn how to search MLS listings and access photos, directions and mapping, from their Internet-enabled mobile phone. The class will also teach how to market listings through Realty Connect, using text messages, QR codes, and an Agent branded mobile IDX site.

This class teaches Subscribers how to use the rbi system, including interactive charts at the Region, City and ZIP Code levels.  It also demonstrates how to access historical charts on closed sales, new pendings, active listings and other market metrics, such as median and average sold prices. The class will differentiate between the features in rbiINTEL, the basic version available free to all ARMLS Subscribers, and rbiEXPERT, the upgrade service available for a fee for Subscribers with a more robust appetite for statistical data.  Prerequisites: Create an RBI account or have your office ID and access to your Internet-based email account.

RPR™ Basics is designed to give the Subscriber an overview of the Realtors Property Resource, LLC website. This class covers the major areas of comprehensive property history, valuation and pricing, market activity reports, Seller’s reports, neighborhood information and tools to refine the value of a property. The curriculum will concentrate on giving Subscribers real world benefits of the RPR website. Prerequisites:  Create your RPR account or have your NRDS number available.

In this class, Subscribers will learn how to create and use a transaction, add forms, create templates, use the tools such as Notes, Fast Fill, and MLS CONNECT.  Subscribers will also learn how to create clauses and insert them into a transaction, save transactions as PDFs, print and email.
