NEW QUARTERLY REPORT AVAILABLE!
Beginning 3rd Quarter, 2005 we will be posting the Economic and Market Watch Report. This report is produced by the National Association of REALTORS using data supplied by ARMLS. These reports will normally be available approximately 6 - 8 weeks after the end of each quarter.

View the number of Residential (Class 1) listings added monthly or view sales activity charted by Average List/Sales Price and Median List/Sales Price. These charts cover years 2001 - 2006.

Monthly Home Sales Reports
Please Note: Beginning with the April 2005 reports we have changed the way ACTIVE LISTINGS are reported. The Listing amounts reported reflect the total number of Active listings in the database on the day the report was generated (previously it reflected the total listings that were still active on the date the report was generated, but were added in the month being reported). Therefore, SOLD information reports listings that closed in the month stated, however the Active Listings are what are currently active on the date generated (usually the 15th of the following month).
Because of this change you will notice a significant jump in the number of Active Listing being reported on the April 2005 (and subsequent months reports).
